2018 was a great year for Raleigh Tot spots, thanks to you – our loyal readers!! Every time you read a blog, like or comment on a social media post or share our website with a friend you help us out immensely!! And help new readers find our site and explore the wonderful area in which we live.
So here is a recap of the most popular posts of 2018. Did your favorite post make the list?
- The most popular post by far this year was: Rising Kindergartening – tips and tricks on navigating Wake County Public schools. We get it. Exploring school options is stressful and overwhelming and hopefully we were able to help a little.
- The runner up? Our post on top 10 favorite playgrounds in the area. Hopefully you found a new favorite playground when checking out this post.
- Next post on the list was Kindergarten: beyond the school supply list. A post I composed as I was trying to get my little one ready to start elementary school this year. OK, as I was trying to get ready for it – my daughter did better than I with the transition.
- In a recurring theme, the next most popular post was What I learned the first week of kindergarten.
- A post on my favorite indoor play space makes #5 on the list. Great for indoor play and birthday parties: Rainbow playroom
- A post on December events was only published the last month of the year, but it was widely popular and makes the top ten of the year list at #6.
- Another favorite and perhaps unexpected indoor playspace makes the list – Historic Oak view farms. If you haven’t been here, definitely check it out. Especially if you have little tots.
- Is it open? Is it closed? The no I can’t play with you right now I can’t find your brother. Again. Playground. The helicopter parents’ nightmare playground is next on the list. Some of you may know it as Sassafras. Which, incidentally is open – at least for now.
- Last minute storm prep when you have kids made the top 10 list this year… which is no surprise given the eventful weather of the year.
- Last to make the list is Golden tote vs. stitch fix post. An older post that has remained popular since so many of you are moms with no time to shop.
That’s a wrap, the most popular posts in 2018. What would you like to see more of this year??
Thanks for reading!
