2020 has brought a lot of challenges, but the weather is getting cooler and now it’s time to celebrate some Fall fun in Raleigh! See our list of spots below that will be open this year for pumpkins, hayrides, and corn mazes! Grab those warm sweaters and pumpkin spice lattes and get out for some socially distanced family fun this year – we all deserve it!
Lazy Hound Farms

2020 fall season starts on September 12th at 9am. They ask you wear masks when you are unable to safely social distance yourself from others.

Phillips Farm

Halloween at 1870 Farm
Celebrate Halloween at the farm starting September 20th! This event is limited to 20 people per time slot with 30 minutes between to sanitize. Masks are required for adults and recommended for children. This event is NOT SCARY. Add on a gem bag for spooky gemstone mining. Children Under 1 are Free and do not need a ticket.

They are following NC and CDC guidelines to ensure that customers have a safe and fun experience! Masks are not required but are welcomed! (Masks will be available) CCM Employees will have masks and continually disinfecting high traffic areas. Please get tickets ONLINE to reduce transactions. Groups of 11+ will be asked to break into smaller groups for corn maze entry. All fire pit stations will be social distanced. They will limit and monitor the number of guests on the hay ride and corn maze at one time.

Smith’s family farm

They have a PUMPKIN PATCH, SUNFLOWER MAZE, and a PLAY AREA with a GIANT SLIDE. They ask guests to social distance and if not able to please wear mask. They will be open Saturday’s 10-6, Sunday’s 12-6, Tuesday-Friday 3-6, and will close if it is raining. They do not charge admission, but just ask that you buy a pumpkin. Pumpkins range in price from $5-$30 depending on size. If you are looking for a sweet treat, they offer Whit’s Frozen Custard cups, Icee Popsicle’s, and water.

Pullen & Sertoma Arts Centers Fall Arts Fair

Do you love supporting local artists? Get an early start on your holiday shopping and buy gifts for yourself and others from wonderful local artists at the Fall Arts Fair at Fred Fletcher Park. The Fall Arts Fair showcases the work of jewelers, potters, painters, printmakers, bookmakers, glass artists and fiber artists who participate in Pullen and Sertoma Arts Centers’ programs. A fun outing for the whole family, visitors can enjoy participating in a variety of hands on art activities and watching demonstrations by Pullen Arts Center’s instructors.
