With the recent disappearance of big box toy stores, Learning Express is the hands-on toy shopping experience you’ve been looking for!

My kids love visiting this toy store because they can actually play with the toys and read the books before purchasing! They have the games sitting out for you to sample and the toys setup for play. During our last visit to the Falls Pointe location, they had a mini trampoline that the kids loved to jump on and lots of giant balls they could roll around the store and bounce on.

We also participated in their summer Monday morning story time. The one we went to was pet-themed and they had a real puppy come and visit for the kids to play with! Afterward we participated in a free fish craft where the kids got to use sequins, coloring pencils, and do-a-dot markers to decorate with!

Learning Express offers lots of other events throughout the year too! We had previously been to a meet and greet with Chase from Paw Patrol at the store last year, but I hadn’t regularly checked their calendar for more events. A friend had told us about the story time or I wouldn’t have known about that either!! Now I’ll be following their Facebook page for more events, especially since that location is so close!
